If you’re still missing anything else it can be done in free roam after finishing the story. This should give you the remaining trophies and the platinum. Now that you have done the side quests for all allies it’s time to finish the last story mission. In the best case scenario you have all trophies at this point except for the last story trophy and All allies joined.
